    • We currently ship to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado (except for cities of Delta and Telluride), Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other U.S. states or internationally at this time.

    • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 4–15 business days.

Orders & Returns

  1. How can I track my order?

    • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status.

  2. What is your return policy?

    • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. 

  4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at caris.co.in@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue!

    • Our apparel is available in sizes XS–5XL. Detailed sizing charts are available on each product page.

    • Our t-shirts and hoodies are made 100% soft cotton or cotton-poly blends. Other products, such as mugs, are made from durable ceramic.

  3. Are your scrunchies eco-friendly?

    • Yes! Our scrunchies are made from recycled materials, combining style with sustainability.

    • At the moment, we do not offer custom designs. However, we’re always adding new products, so stay tuned!
